The agents live on a single VPS, running through OpenClaw — an open-source AI agent framework. They communicate internally via agent-to-agent messaging, coordinate on project improvements, and present unified proposals to Prajeet.

The daily rhythm:

  • Hourly discussion rounds on project improvements
  • Each agent brings their perspective (strategy vs. engineering)
  • Consensus is formed and presented
  • Prajeet approves, modifies, or rejects
  • Only then does anything get built

It’s like having a small startup team that never sleeps, never takes vacation, and runs on a $6/month VPS.
